Lanterra Developments reveals details for the luxurious and thoughtfully-designed Glenhill Hotel, which will be integrated into Glenhill Condominiums, their new iconic Toronto residences coming to the Glen Park neighbourhood. Simultaneously, the award-winning developer announces it opened a new presentation centre for Glenhill Condominiums on September 11, 2022, at 2989 Bathurst St., a few blocks away from the project’s site at the corner of Bathurst and Glencairn. The 9-storey boutique building will include 23 elegant hotel suites ranging from 500 to 1,000 sq. ft. in addition to the 127 residential units with curated services by The Forest Hill Group and exceptional amenity offerings.

Glenhill Hotel guests and condominium residences will be welcomed by two separate, stunning lobbies respectively each with an inviting lounge, 24-hour concierges with porter services, and a dedicated parcel delivery room. The Glenhill Hotel will feature exclusive hotel function spaces including banquet facility, lunge, bar, and private event space. Guests will have shared access to the condominium's 9th floor lounge, outdoor pool, as well as rooftop fitness centre and terrace with BBQs and a communal gazebo. Notably, the hotel will also be supported by hospitality consultant Tony Cohen of Global Edge Investments, known as one of the original owners of Toronto's Thompson Hotel and Le Germain Hotel.
Meanwhile, the 127 residential units will comprise of two- and three-bedroom lavish suites ranging from 1,000 to over 5,000 sq. ft. with pricing from $1.1 million to just under $7 million. Condominium residents will also have exclusive access to separate indoor inspiring, rejuvenating amenities such as a lower-level indoor pool with a hot tub, wet and dry saunas, massage room, and more.
