Whether it's on the Buying or the Selling side of the deal, Clients have their own expectations of how much properties should sell for and what they should include. The thing is that Clients don't know what you know, but they definitely know what they want.
So in order to make this as smooth of a transaction as possible, we need to set and manage their expectations, because once it's all said and done, not only do we want them to be smiling, we also want that repeat and referral opportunity.
