Debra Harris is the Vice President of Business Services at Royal LePage Real Estate Services, Ltd. People often ask me, "What exactly do you do?" It's a fair question as professional development can mean a lot of things. The obvious part of my role is directing the training and education of our 1400+ Sales Representatives and Brokers. Elton Ash (ABR, CRES) oversees regional operations in the RE/MAX of Western Canada Region, which includes British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon and the Northwest Territories. It was the RE/MAX Region of the Year in 2010.
Elton joined RE/MAX in 1984 as a Sales Associate in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Six years later he became Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Penticton Realty in Penticton, British Columbia. Sam was raised in the city of Mississauga where he attended Lorne Park Secondary school. In his teen years, Sam developed a passion and talent for tennis. He spent countless hours on the court and competed successfully at both the provincial and national levels.
After completing high school, Sam obtained a tennis scholarship at Nicholls State University as the number two player in singles and the number one player in doubles.
While spending three to six hours a day on the tennis court, weight room and track field, Sam still made the Dean’s and President’s lists in each of his four years at the University. He graduated with an honors Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
Sam then enrolled at the University of South Carolina where he completed his Masters of Business Administration degree with honors.

As the Senior Vice President of RE/MAX INTEGRA’s North American regions, Pamela Alexander is responsible for the corporate management of its operations in nine U.S. states including Connecticut, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin, and in the eastern Canadian provinces of Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. These operations consist of more than 17,500 sales associates and more than 900 offices.
Ms. Alexander has been involved in every facet of the RE/MAX organization– from the ground floor to the executive suites—with distinguished service for more than 40 years. Her brokerage, RE/MAX Professionals in Mississauga, ON was the first RE/MAX franchise to open in Eastern Canada in 1980. Ms. Alexander joined the Regional Office of RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada in 1995 as Regional Director and was promoted to the position of CEO & Managing Director, North American Operations in 2001.
Her comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry, its trends and future direction, as well as exceptional business acumen have allowed Ms. Alexander to strategically focus and direct her team with respect to increased market share and agent growth with great success. Walter Schneider is President and Co-founder of the RE/MAX INTEGRA Group of Companies. In 1980, alongside his business partner Frank Polzler, Chairman and Co-Founder, Schneider acquired the Eastern Canadian rights to RE/MAX, establishing both the brand and their head office in Mississauga, where it currently resides. In the following years he and his partner continued to acquire the rights to multiple regions throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East. Today RE/MAX INTEGRA operates in 40 countries worldwide, with over 3,100 operating offices and an agent count of 45,000; which equates to nearly 1/3 of the entire RE/MAX network.
Over his 40 plus years with the company, Walter has received nearly every RE/MAX award offered, including: Regional Owner of the Year numerous times, the Distinguished Service Award, is one of 15 members of the elite Leadership Circle — RE/MAX’s highest award, and of most recent was given the Founders Award in 2018, which recognizes a lifetime commitment to building the RE/MAX network. In addition, he has been named CEO of the year by the Financial Post, received the Queens Diamond Jubilee Award for his work with the Canadian Forces, and the T. Wilson Award from his alma mater, University of Toronto, which recognizes outstanding achievement by alumni in business and charitable work. In August 2017, Walter was recognized as a Fellow by the Ontario Realtors Care Foundation.
Schneider also plays a very active role in the community, sitting on three diverse boards, Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment Team Up Foundation, Canada’s Walk of Fame Foundation and most recently The David Foster Foundation. During the 30th Anniversary Gala of the David Foster Foundation, he received the prestigious National Business Leader of the Year Award. In 2016, Walter was appointed Honorary Consul General for Austria in Toronto.

Ryan Serravalle founded Revel Realty Inc. in 2013 after a successful basketball career, which earned him a full scholarship at the prestigious College of Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. After captaining The Crusaders to two Patriot League Championships, including two berths in the NCAA Tournament, he played professional basketball in Italy, France, and Poland.
Ryan combined his leadership experience on the court with a Psychology Degree and a Masters in Education to introduce REVEL to the Niagara Region. Since then, Ryan has become the top selling broker in the Niagara Region for three consecutive years, a social media marketing mogul, winning the Chamber of Commerce’s Best Business Award and Marketer of the Year from the Niagara Real Estate Board, and the leader of 7 separate branch locations and over 160 realtors.
His philanthropic work includes having served as a board member for Project Share and the mastermind behind Revel’s annual Charity Ball which helped raise over $50,000 for local charities.
